Our Executive Gold program is designed for executives ready to turn their experience and growing number of successes into a career-defining senior executive or C-level position. Some clients at this level have never developed an executive brand. Others may have at one point but have not maintained it as they advanced through positions of growing responsibility and achievement. With a focus on leadership strengths and value delivered to each organization, we work across each executive’s career to define or strengthen the executive brand in preparation for a promotion or new opportunity. Led within a coaching environment, this program is an important move for clients interested in making sure the power of their executive brand reflects their distinct career stories of contribution and is communicated in the most effective way utilizing the most appropriate tools. These tools can include—but are not limited to— resumes, introductory letters, addendums, bios, LinkedIn profiles, and recruiter introductions.
